Gary, Dain and team, thank you so much for this series, it was exactly what I needed to become aware of some things with food, eating and my body. I was listening to Call 5 while eating lunch. Lynn Ganet’s eating program called The Plan was light because my body was asking for something different. As I sat eating, asking questions and listening to you talk about holding the first bite in your mouth, I realized that it was all about tapping into your body awareness. They did. Goodness in my mouth! I’ve been doing this for every meal. The awareness came about how much I resist my mother, who she is and what she is choosing, because I am finally eating so much less. I wanted to know how much of my body size is resistance and reaction to her. It was a mega ton. I have been clearing tons around that topic and I feel better in my body, I am eating less and food has become a non priority, where before I couldn’t imagine living without it. Thank you so much! What can be done now?
