There was a three day seminar in June 1987. During the seminar, participants could ask Dr Bandler any questions they wanted. Dr Bandler works with people.

The mid 1980s were some of the most productive years for Dr Bandlers. Submodalities and timelines were discovered during this period. The Swish Pattern is the best known of many highly affective interventions that have been born from these two discoveries. There are 4 videos that contain almost 5 hours of training material.

Dr Bandler works with eight people on a number of different requests for motivation. This focuses on the internal processes that keep you from doing something. 100 minutes.

Dr Bandler teaches exercises that make problems less important, more interesting and even fun. He works with a particular focus on reading comprehension.

Dr Bandler gives exercises and discusses how to make problems absurd. There are sessions on how to fall in and out of love. He talks about defensive response and sleepwalking. 67 minutes.

Dr Bandler provides exercises and techniques for bringing about personal change in individuals. The belief change pattern, the swish pattern, self-hyopnosis, disappointment, and the use of submodalities are some of the techniques covered. 55 minutes.
