I used Happiness and Joy for 64 days. I would like to share my positive experience with you.

The first thing I felt was that everything was okay, as if my past, present and future were all fine.

When I was around someone negative, having an argument with someone, I found it very easy to just let it go and be happy, as if nothing was more important than that. Awesome.

I began to appreciate the beauty of my surroundings by doing simple things that I had never done before. I have a beautiful garden that I never paid much attention to, but I started to feel good and happy when I sat outside and smelled the roses. Being happy just doing nothing, experiencing the beauty around me, is an awesome feeling, it is like being one with everything around me, connected to nature, connected to source, and everything is perfect.

Being in alignment more through experiencing simple things, things that are always around me but forgot take notice of, I really started seeing all the positive things that have happed in my life, and it really made me realize how much my life has changed for the better, this is a really good

I noticed that some of the people that I was connecting with were no longer with me.

I have been reassured that energy is always moving, change is inevitable and there is always something positive happening right now.
