Class 3. Class 3: Operational Methodologies of CRO Agencies.

The value of your approach to selling your services is covered in this class. It will discuss how to sell your thing, the value of intellectual property, different operational methodologies, and how to design your own.

May 11th, 2017:

Class 4. The psychology of selling is covered in class 4.

Which tools should agencies use and why? This class is devoted to answering the question. We will go into using CRO tactics in your pricing and packaging deals, as well as understanding the mind of the client, so you can win bigger and better deals.

May 15th, 2017:

Class 5. Class 5 is about the start of the meeting.

There are three areas that will be covered in this class: opportunity identification, triangulation and prioritization. Modelling, qualitative and quantitative research approaches, and the hard work of planning and prioritization will be learned by the end of this class.
