Module 4 – Talent Search

A deep dive into our hiring system. I had hired unsuitable people before I started using this system. It is potentially very costly for the business. I hire smart, so I don’t make those mistakes. You can cut and paste the job ads you get from this module.

Module 5 – Automation

When it comes to the tech on which the agency runs, I have tried a lot, but we settled on Podio.

We will show you exactly how we use Podio in WebSavvy. The pilot program participants said that this had a huge impact on their businesses.

Module 6 – Checklists & Guidelines

I messed this up the first 3 times I tried to systemise WebSavvy, despite being an E-Myth Consultant and knowing how important systems are.

We persevered, and my ops manager did an amazing job of implementing this the right way. I will show you how to document everything in the right way.

Module 7 – Effortless Output

You can catch up on everything in a shorter module. It is important to cement the idea of business being fun. We will discuss the system to run meetings I have been using for many months that has been a huge game-changer in my own business. You will want to do this asap.

Module 8 – Systems Creation

More on systems. A private invite to an excellent new tool is one of the options we will discuss. I will give you some sample systems to help you get where you want to go. The Triple Path of Readership by Tim Francis has helped keep our documentation working well.

Module 9 – Getting Clients

This may be the reason you grab this course, I hope you will go through the first 8 modules as well. We will cover a lot of ground from Dean Jackson’s 8 profit activators to Dan Sullivan’s R Factor Question. 12 different methods to attract new prospects will be discussed.
