Ms. Marshall leads the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy in the areas of recruitment, hiring, training and employee relations for the Missouri State Public Defenders System. Ms. Marshall often presents on litigating race, racial justice and antibias in the workplace. Ms. Marshall is a member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the National Association of Public Defense Racial Justice Litigation Committee, and a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
