Tom D’Amore is dedicated to preserving the civil justice system. Tom has earned a reputation among insurance companies, corporations, and opposing counsel as a skilled, experienced, aggressive, and ethical personal injury attorney. The only board-certified trucking law attorney in Oregon is Tom. Tom is a board certified civil attorney.
An attorney for more than 25 years and a former CPA with a Big 8 accounting firm, Tom is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington and California. He founded D’Amore Law Group in 1992 with the goal of securing justice for injured people, victims of sexual abuse, and wrongful death victims.
Tom is devoted to representing individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, paraplegia and quadriplegia, brain injury, class actions, insurance company bad faith, complex business litigation, and banking fraud.
Tom teaches fellow trial lawyers about trial practice, insurance and insurance bad faith law, the business of law, and so-called tort reform.
Tom lives outside of Portland. He has been married to Lisa for 30 years and has three adult children. Tom has been coaching youth sports for many years at the competitive and recreational level. He likes spending time with his family, traveling with Lisa, trying new restaurants, and playing sports.

Doug Oh-Keith is an advocate for people who have been injured. He has practiced wrongful death and personal injury law in both Oregon and California for over two decades. He used to work as an insurance defense attorney, giving him a valuable perspective on insurance company lawyers.
I have a license to practice in Oregon and California. He is a member of both the American Association for Justice and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from the University of California Hastings College of the Law with a degree in Jurisprudence.
After attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, he worked as a ski bum for a year before moving to Seattle, where he attended law school before moving to Portland, Oregon. A devoted husband and father, Doug is a volunteer lacrosse coach, runner, and avid fly fisherman. He makes his home in Portland because he is committed to improving his community.
