The workshop will address the biological, social and psychological aspects of aging; what it feels like to be old; how the younger people in our lives respond to us; and what we need from the mental health profession. Mrs. Goulding will discuss loss of people who are important to us as well as the loss of physical health, and sometimes the loss of the capacity to run our own lives. Positives that the elderly can find will be discussed. There will be a lot of topics.
