It is possible to expand and empower the self with heart-based intelligence. Heart-opening expansion and strengthening of the whole self will be taught with the help of Theory and techniques such as HeartMath, HeartMath, Somatic Experiencing, and Energy Psychology. Techniques will focus on ways of lowering emotional stress and reducing inner conflict. Participants will explore research on the brain-heart dialogue, the impact of positive emotions, and experiences that create heart-centered resonance with self and others.
