Session Objectives

1. There is a pre-participation exam for athletic participation.
2. The PPE is relevant for clearance of athletic participation.
3. Different populations need special considerations.

The North Carolina Osteopathic Medical Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category 1-A credits.
