I have always felt pain in my shoulders or lower back. At 21 years old, I made jokes to my friends that I was getting old.
I felt something while I was at the gym. It should be tinkered with. In my back. It didn’t feel right. I kept pushing through the workout, even though I didn’t think anything of it.
I hit the gym for 3 days a week despite the lower back injury. I pushed through the pain even though it got worse.

I got through my workout with little to no pain in my shoulders and back after hitting my first couple of sets. I kept going because I thought this was okay.
