Eboni is a Psy.D. In July of 2010 the private practice Kairos opened in Middle Tennessee. DBT for trauma-based disorders and co-occurring disorders is one of the specialties offered by The Village of Kairos. The Village of Kairos has expanded its therapy programs to include individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents, parents, families, and adults.

She received her PhD from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. At Mental Health Systems in Minnesota, she was the assistant clinical director and program director. She developed two special treatment programs for clients with developmental disabilities and borderline-intellectual functioning.

She is currently in the process of completing her board certification in Sensorimotor PsychotherapySM as an Advanced Certified Practitioner, which has become a prominent feature of therapy offerings in the Village.
