The list of exercises and logically-sequenced progression was the biggest benefit to me. I bought the Floor One program because I didn’t know how to figure it out myself, like a one-armed push-up. It was the feeling of confidence I got when I read through the manual that made the most difference. It makes sense to see the path from A to Z.
