Glennda D. Tiller is a doctor. He is from Oklahoma City. She graduated from Putnam City North High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Master of Education in Health Science and Microbiology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was an OMM teaching assistant, Stress management leader, President of the ACOP student club, and secretary of the AMWA student club. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at OSU in June of 2020. She went on to be the resident chair of the council and was one of the representatives for the OSU/OMECO GMEC. She was the chief resident of the OMECO program with the primary responsibility for planning and coordinating the OSU and OMECO Family Medicine academic programming for the 2019-2020 academic year. She joined the faculty of the OSU Family Medicine program as a clinical assistant professor in July 2020. She is married to a wonderful woman, Autumn, and they have a son. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading historical fiction.

Donald J. Kyle is a doctor. After earning a BS degree in chemistry from Colorado State University, he went on to earn a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry from Texas Tech University. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 34 years. His first industrial position was at Nova Pharmaceutical Corporation, where he was involved in the development of high throughput screening and combinatorial chemistry for drug discovery. He pioneered structure-based design approaches to novel bradykinin receptor antagonists for pain and asthma.

Dr. Kyle joined Purdue Pharma in 1998 to create a new pain research department and a new line of potential new pain products that did not produce the same unwanted effects as drugs. His team delivered 5 FDA-approved INDs between 2005 and 2012 and several of them went into multiple phase 2 trials. He has investigated many pain-related cellular mechanisms and conducted extensive research in the field of opioids. He spent more than 15 years searching for a way to separate analgesia from respiratory depression. In 2016 he was an invited scientific member of joint academia, industry,NIH, and brainstorming meetings and working groups tasked to outline science-led solutions to the opiate crisis.

His scientific accomplishments are reflected in nearly 200 scientific publications, review papers, books and chapters, as well as 95 issued US patents across a wide range of technologies, molecule, therapeutic areas, and commercial products. He has held several adjunct faculty appointments and is a reviewer and editorial advisory board member for several peer-reviewed journals. At Oklahoma State University, he is the executive director of the National Center for Wellness and Recovery.
