Dr. Baldwin graduated from the KCU-COM in 1983. He completed residencies in Internal Medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University and Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. The American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners have certifications for Dr. Baldwin. The American Society of Hypertension certified him as a specialist in clinical hypertension.

He was involved in all medical education levels during his twenty-plus years in private practice. He taught at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine for fifteen years. The Department of Internal Medicine at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences is chaired by Dr. Baldwin. He has received numerous teaching awards and is involved in research on chronic kidney disease in agricultural workers.

Dr. Baldwin has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of his presentation.
