There are many benefits to the seventh section. Before moving to the Biu Tze Chi Sao, we learn the semi-last section.

The 7th section is a double arm Dan Chi and it is designed to help unify the spine and legs to create the flexible bow effect in the whole body.

It is hard work, but it teaches the body to become stronger, have more flexibility in the spine, and have more power.

We have all the techniques we have learned so far with this University course.

If you are not relaxed, you will block the back and start losing balance, which is why this section is so important.

The seventh section helps you understand how to unify the whole body.
