The arms and hands are used for Silk Reeling. The opening and closing movements create an inner energy circulation that is focused on a connection to the earth. It is the starting point for Tai Chi practice. Your coordination and leg strength will be developed. This instructional DVD is presented in English with both front and back view, and is based on the teachings of Master Tsao. It is a good reference for home study. Suggest 15 class hours. Difficulty is the beginner level. There are 63 minutes on the DVD.
