The first module is about building your platform.

Your website, mailing list, and social media presence are the basic building blocks of your author platform. We will look at how best to communicate with your new list subscribers.

The second module is pre-publication.

In order to give your book the best chance of success, you need to know everything there is to know.

The third module is called Amazon exclusive or wide?

Is it better to go wide or exclusive with Amazon?

Module 4 is called Go Exclusive.

You will need to know about the KDP Select bonuses and benefits and the timetable for the first 90 days of an exclusive book’s life if you are with Amazon.

Module 5 is called Go Wide.

How to leverage a catalogue of books; permafree, why and how you should do it; merchandising opportunities at the other retailers; a timetable for the first year of your book’s life.

Module 6 is about generating traffic.

The equation to turn a browser into a superfan; organic traffic, and how to maximize it; paid traffic with simple Facebook list building ads; and paid traffic from the email service companies I use and trust are some of the ways to send thousands of potential readers to your books.

The 7th module is Advance Teams and Launching.

We will look at what an advance team is, and how they can change your career; due to popular demand, a detailed look at my launch sequence, with a couple of tricks I have never revealed before; and a walk-through of the precise emails I use when I launch.

Getting reviews is module 8.
