This program is more than just situps and pushups. The manual contains over 20 different exercises that give you a 6-pack and help protect your back, 12 different push-up variations that will help men and women build nice, defined arms, and 8 different versions of the same exercise. There is an unofficial preparation phase workout in the manual. If you are over 30 and overweight, you should see a doctor before starting any regular exercise routine. In the preparation phase, you will learn how to use your muscles and build endurance in the lower body and upper body. You will be able to move on to Phase 1 once you master your beginner exercises.

General Bodyweight Strength Training and Conditioning is the first phase. The workouts are the right challenge for your first attempt at bodyweight training. You have to start here if you skip the prep phase.

The second phase focuses on total body conditioning using circuits. Each circuit takes about 8 minutes to complete. You can get through a 3-round workout in less than an hour. Try 5 rounds per workout for advanced challenges. You can always adjust the challenge for your capacity by taking more rest time between exercises, and training smart and conservatively.

Time to build strength using more advanced exercises. We are going back to the Superset system of the Turbulence Training workouts. You will be amazed at the difficulty of some single-leg lower body exercises and the pushes and pulls that you can do with only bodyweight.

Upper body and abdominal circuit conditioning is included in Phase 4. In this phase, the supersets focus on building more leg strength, while the workout ends with advanced circuits to build upper body endurance and mental toughness.

You have to switch up Phase 4 to get Advanced Upper Body Strength Training. You will be a workhorse after this phase.

The Toughest Bodyweight Strength exercises are combined with the Toughest Circuit Conditioning. You have been training for this for the last 5 months, and now you are going to push yourself. Two new advanced bodyweight exercises will be introduced. If you can complete all the reps and sets, you will be in great shape.
