The man is William S. Klug. He was the Chair of the Biology Department at The College of New Jersey for 17 years. He obtained his B.A. degree in Biology from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Prior to coming to The College of New Jersey, he was an assistant professor at Wabash College, where he taught genetics, as well as general biology and electron microscopy. Charlotte A. Spencer. He was an Associate Professor in the Department of Oncology at the University ofAlberta. She was a faculty member in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Alberta. She received her degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Alberta. Her research interests are related to the regulation of genes in cancer cells, cells that are HIV positive, and cells that traverse the cell cycle. She has taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She has written booklets for the undergraduate level in the Exploring Biology series.

Palladino is the son of Michael A. Palladino. He is the Dean of the School of Science and the Professor of Biology at the university. He received his degrees from The College of New Jersey and the University of Virginia. At the College of New Jersey, he was an assistant professor of biology. He received funding from the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation for his research on the genetics of animal development.
